Refund policy

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To start a return, you can request a return on order page or contact us at support@fogygarage.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    

RETURNS

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of goods.
  • We have three return locations: USA, Germany and China. Please contact us for the proper return address.
  • All items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations, tags attached.
  • We cannot accept returns of items that have been personalized, e.g., custom brackets
  • Goods must be returned with relevant promotional/free gifts.
  • You are responsible for paying to ship back to us. Any outstanding delivery costs and customs charges will be deducted from the overall refund.
  • Exchange is acceptable based on returns policy. 

     

    REFUNDS

    • The funds will be returned via the original payment method.
    • We usually process refunds or exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods.
    • Shipping costs including all applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.
