Currently, we have two shipping locations, China and the United States. Orders will be shipped from different warehouses depending on the destination and products.

Delivery is available to most areas of the world. Orders are delivered by the local cooperative courier company. 

If you can’t find a shipping option for your location, please get in touch with us and we’ll see what we can do for you.

If we do not have a carrier that can deliver to your location, we will notify you by email or phone before canceling your order.

  • Standard shipping: 7-15 business days
  • Express: 5-7 business days


- Regarding customs/importation fees, please follow the policies of your country/region.

- Any undelivered orders due to customer-related reasons, such as providing an incorrect address or refusing to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. 

- Shipping days are for reference only. Shipping may be delayed due to holidays and unforeseen factors such as weather.
