Tips for trying on

    Take out the helmet and place it on a soft pad to avoid scratching or denting it with hard objects.

  • Try on

    Avoid getting sweat or makeup on the inner lining of the helmet. Do not peel off or reapply the lens film.

  • Pack

    Cover the helmet with the cloth bag and tie the drawstring at the opening of the helmet.

  • Return

    Put the helmet top-up in the box. Avoid helmet-box contact to prevent scratches.

Once your order is marked as “Fullfilled”, we cannot modify any information. If you need to change or cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fogygarage.com

 

- Can I exchange or return the item?

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Contact us at support@fogygarage.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will send you instructions. Return policy.

 

- How can I pay for my order?

We have two shipping locations, one in the US and one in China. The location of the shipping location depends on the product and the shipping address.

- How long will it take to get my order?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option. The shipping days are shown on the shipping method and are for reference only. They do not include weekends and holidays, and may be affected by weather, customs, or peak seasons.

 

- What if my order failed to delivery?

If your order cannot be delivered due to customer reasons, we will deduct the standard shipping fee from your refund. You can contact us to arrange a re-shipment or refund.
