This is a classic, compact and exquisite locomotive bag. Suitable for urban or short trips and can also be used as a messenger bag. It is entirely handmade in small batches from rugged 16oz beeswaxed cotton canvas to ensure perfect wiring and offers brilliant water repellency as well as unbeatable durability.
This bag is available in a few different materials. The edges of the full-grain leather belt and brass buckle have been treated with a vintage effect, making it better every time you use it. It can cleverly store all your daily necessities, and the valuables bag with a zipper inside can protect your easy-to-lost items. CORDURA® waterproof lining and waxed fabric can withstand heavy rain.
It comes pre-installed with a quick-lock fastener on the back, making it easy to mount and remove the side bags, and allowing it to fit on our branded frame.
Additionally, custom steel frames are available. Heavy ones are thicker than light ones. Please select your bike model when ordering.
Here are some tips for trying on the helmet in case you need to return it:
- Take out the helmet and place it on a soft pad to avoid scratching or denting it with hard objects.
- Do not peel off or reapply the lens film.
- Avoid getting sweat or makeup on the inner lining of the helmet.
- If you decide to return the product, please pack it in the same way as you received it. Use the cloth bag to cover the entire surface of the helmet and tie the drawstring at the opening of the helmet.
- How can I view my order?
You will get a confirmation email with your order details and a “Fullfilled” email with a tracking link when your order is shipped. You can also check your order status under “My Orders” in your account.
- Can I change/cancel my order?
Once your order is marked as “Fullfilled”, we cannot modify any information. If you need to change or cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Can I exchange or return the item?
You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will send you instructions. We will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
- How can I pay for my order?
We accept many payment options such as Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Giropay, Sofort, eNETS, Kakao Pay, SEPA Bank Transer, Klarna, Maybank, or LINE Pay, etc. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
- Where do you ship from?
We have two shipping locations, one in the US and one in China. The location of the shipping location depends on the product and the shipping address.
- When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders within 2 business days. You will get a “Fullfilled” email with a tracking link when your order is shipped.
- How long will it take to get my order?
The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option. The shipping days are shown on the shipping method and are for reference only. They do not include weekends and holidays, and may be affected by weather, customs, or peak seasons.
- What if my order failed to delivery?
If your order cannot be delivered due to customer reasons, we will deduct the standard shipping fee from your refund. You can contact us to arrange a re-shipment or refund.
