Maintenance

We provide lifetime maintenance services for bags, leather goods, shoes and gloves that are purchased directly from us. If the item sustains damage after use, please contact us. We will determine if it can be repaired. The purchaser can then send it back to us for free maintenance. However, the parts and transportation costs incurred for the maintenance shall be borne by the buyer.

ORDER

- How can I view my order?

- Can I change/cancel my order?

Once your order is marked as “Fullfilled”, we cannot modify any information. If you need to change or cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fogygarage.com

 

- Can I exchange or return the item?

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Contact us at support@fogygarage.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will send you instructions. Return policy.

 

- How can I pay for my order?

We have two shipping locations, one in the US and one in China. The location of the shipping location depends on the product and the shipping address.

- How long will it take to get my order?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option. The shipping days are shown on the shipping method and are for reference only. They do not include weekends and holidays, and may be affected by weather, customs, or peak seasons.

 

- What if my order failed to delivery?

If your order cannot be delivered due to customer reasons, we will deduct the standard shipping fee from your refund. You can contact us to arrange a re-shipment or refund.

I want to live these gloves

My gloves fit very well ONCE you are able to get them on. They are too difficult to get on. There is no reason to use the wrist cinch because there is no way these gloves come on or off without effort. Once they are on, they are comfortable and fit my hand. The quality appears to be there.

Friggin’ RAD Gloves You NEED

These are even cooler in real life than pictured…and they’re rad in the pictures. Very sturdy and well-stitched and the mediums fit like a gl….well they fit superbly on my medium hands. Why wouldn’t you? Have you seen cooler gloves? AND safety certified.
