We provide lifetime maintenance services for bags, leather goods, shoes and gloves that are purchased directly from us. If the item sustains damage after use, please contact us. We will determine if it can be repaired. The purchaser can then send it back to us for free maintenance. However, the parts and transportation costs incurred for the maintenance shall be borne by the buyer.

- How can I view my order?

- Can I change/cancel my order?

Once your order is marked as “Fullfilled”, we cannot modify any information. If you need to change or cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fogygarage.com

 

- Can I exchange or return the item?

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Contact us at support@fogygarage.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will send you instructions. Return policy.

 

- How can I pay for my order?

We accept many payment options such as Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Giropay, Sofort, eNETS, Kakao Pay, SEPA Bank Transer, Klarna, Maybank, or LINE Pay, etc. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

- Where do you ship from?

We have two shipping locations, one in the US and one in China. The location of the shipping location depends on the product and the shipping address.

- How long will it take to get my order?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option. The shipping days are shown on the shipping method and are for reference only. They do not include weekends and holidays, and may be affected by weather, customs, or peak seasons.

 

- What if my order failed to delivery?

If your order cannot be delivered due to customer reasons, we will deduct the standard shipping fee from your refund. You can contact us to arrange a re-shipment or refund.

Not quite what I had hoped for.

I have a few Fasthouse jerseys and was hoping this would be similar. First, the sizing is off - and XL is more like a large. Too small for my frame and pretty short at the waistline. Not exactly great for riding. And no XXL option. Second, the material feels pretty cheap. Not quite as nice as my Fasthouse for a similar price point. Overall... just a meh that I'll probably never wear and can't exchange for a larger size. Bummer.

Very butiful ... but soting whent wrong with the mesurements

Hey guys! , the jersey its beautiful ... but even when I carefully follow the size chart the L size is too small ... I mean I can wear it, but I believe I will need eithe an XL o XXL ... only problem is now I do not know witch one (xl or xxl) as the chart does not seems accurate. I'm sad because its a lovely jersey and I have a Honda Transalp just like the one you use to advertise this jersey.
